Easy Return
If You wish to return an item to Us then We aim to make it as quick and convenient as possible. Any item may be returned for any reason within 30 days of the date of purchased so long as it remains in a saleable condition. We will (at your option) replace or exchange the goods or refund the price of the item.
To return goods, e-mail Our customer services department at shop@matmax.co.uk (7/24h) or telephone Our Customer Service department on 0044 7947985521 between 9.00am – 6pm, Monday – Friday, stating the reason for the return.
Items should be unused, in a saleable condition, with their original packaging and with all component parts and any promotional items received.
The cost of return shipping will be paid by the buyer.
Refunds
Once We have received and verified the returned item We will immediately initiate the refund, replacement or exchange.
Returns Checklist
- Please always return the goods in the original manufacturer's packaging.
- You must include the dispatch note in the package You are returning to Us.
