🔄 Returns & Refunds
If you are not happy with your order, you have the right to return items within 14 days of receiving them, in accordance with UK consumer law.

Please include your order number and details of the item you wish to return.
Items must be returned in their original condition where possible. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund.
Refunds are usually issued to your original payment method within a few working days after the return has been processed.
Please note:
- Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect
- We do not accept returns for items that have been clearly used or damaged after delivery
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
